Mark has been in public accounting since 1994 and works with both public and private companies—ranging in revenues from $5 million to $500 million—in the food processing, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He has helped clients with divisional and brand analysis regarding co-packing or self-producing products, self-insurance plans, decisions regarding buying or leasing fixed assets, cash management, and other management decisions. He has assisted more than 20 Moss Adams clients with the sale of their business, with transaction prices ranging from $10 million to over $800 million.
Mark also has significant experience with his clients’ international operations. He has worked with clients who own subsidiaries in Mexico, England, China, Japan, Nicaragua, Canada, Germany, the Philippines, Korea, Switzerland, and Norway. He has also worked with US-based companies owned by corporations located in India, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Japan. Mark has clients that report their financial statements under IFRS and has conducted audits under International Standards on Auditing.
