Chris has consulted on business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and operational and financial strategies since 2000. He works with a variety of investor types, C-level executives, and other key parties on major business and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Chris held CEO, interim CFO, and additional roles in which he focused on operational and turnaround strategy. Over the course of his career, he has worked on over 35 transactions involving private equity investment, corporate finance, secured lending, restructuring and turnaround, direct investors, corporate recapitalization, and capitalization. His experience includes financial and operational initiatives worth a combined $2.5 billion, with a focus on the private equity, real estate, banking, trucking, manufacturing, and oil services industries.
Additional representative experience includes:
- Led an oil field services company to profitability, navigating depressed market conditions, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and 363 sale to strategic buyer
- Led the restructuring and sale of a mid-sized contract manufacturer to private equity investors
- Led and managed the acquisition and integration of eight mid-sized regional competitors on behalf of a middle-market manufacturer and distributor immediately after their exit from bankruptcy
Previously, Chris was also a consultant to a large public company where he focused on change management and operational efficiency improvement.
